At our first meeting you will meet with an attorney for approximately one hour.  The attorney will collect some information from you and then begin the initial consultation.  This first meeting is a very important step for us to get to know each other, understand one another’s responsibilities, and to discuss, facts specific to your case, the legal issues involved in your case, and the legal process which needs to be implemented to achieve your short term and long term goals in your case.

During the initial consultation we will listen to you, and learn what you want to accomplish.  Next, we will educate you on the legal issues involved, and the strategy and logistics which will be necessary to employ to accomplish your goals.  We carefully explain the legal process, and outline the steps that will need to be implemented to achieve a successful outcome in your case.  We work together with you, as a team, we will gain a thorough knowledge of your legal issues, and you will get to know us as people and professionals.  Your goals are our goals, and it’s our job to help you achieve success in your case.
